This is a window-piece - a red neon dot. A few of these new versions exist, or will soon. This red one is installed long-term at MS BARBERS on Adams Boulevard, as of August 2015. Here it is in my studio window in Hollywood, shot from across the street.
An orange neon dot - the first one - was made in 2003. Then in 2006, nine colored dots.
